Classically trained with over 25 of experience as a Professional Chef at some of the best restaurants and hotels in Michigan. Chef Mike has been the Executive Chef at Angel Food Catering since 2008. Excelling at seasonal comfort foods with a wide range of Classic and ethnic cuisine experience, Chef Mike is hands on for every event Angel Food Serves.
O'Neill Young, Executive Sous Chef
O'Neill Started working at Angle Food in 2004 as a Kitchen Porter and has worked his way up to Executive Sous Chef. A Graduate of the Washtenaw Community College Culinary Arts Program, O'Neill now expertly handles all of Angel Food's Desserts and Pastries along with assisting with all of our high volume kitchen production.
