SPICE UP YOUR LIFE AND FOOD!
When adding spices in your recipes, quickly toast them first. Using a skillet put
it on medium heat. Sprinkle your herbs and/or spices in the pan.
Stir lightly with a wooden spoon. Add the toasted spices to your
recipe. You should be able to taste the difference in the boldness of
your spices in all of your spices, as well as the aroma that will fill
your kitchen.
